Marketing/ Graphics Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Ventura, CA

A fast-paced event production company in Ventura is seeking a Marketing/Graphics Assistant. This position is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and excited to support event marketing efforts across multiple brands.

Main responsibilities:

- Answer customer service emails professionally and promptly

- Follow up on PR leads and media opportunities

- Create and manage email campaigns through Mailchimp

- Develop and post engaging social media content across various platforms

- Assist with social influencer outreach and coordination

- Design signage and event-related promotional materials

- Support the creation and maintenance of ticketing pages (preferred, not required)

- Produce E-blasts and other marketing content as needed

Required Skills:

- Experience with Canva and graphic design tools

- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

- Familiarity with Mailchimp is a plus

- Strong communication and time management skills

- Ability to work independently with a creative, can-do attitude
